  2. Paperwork is kept to a minimum. You sign a Master Lease Agreement in the beginning and all future projects will be covered. No more leases to sign!

  3. Wilmot Modular never charges for setup or dismantling of steps.

  4. All our units have venetian blinds for added privacy and security.
