Building Layout: The facility’s design was meticulously planned to meet specific requirements, ensuring full compliance with life safety and occupancy standards.
Structural Foundation: The design incorporated above-grade piers with steel reinforcement. A crane-set installation was employed for efficient assembly, demonstrating precision and attention to detail in construction.
Flooring: Commercial-grade Roll Vinyl and Site-Finished LVT Flooring were selected for durability and ease of maintenance and installed throughout the facility to provide a robust and aesthetically pleasing environment.
Metal Decks, Steps, ADA Ramps, and Canopy Systems: These elements were designed, supplied, and installed, ensuring accessibility and functionality while adhering to ADA standards.
Water and Utilities: A new well installation ensured a dependable water source. The design and installation of electric, water, and sanitary sewer service utilities were crucial for the building’s operational effectiveness.

Educational and Administrative Spaces: The building houses classrooms and office spaces designed to foster learning and administrative efficiency.
Specialized Facilities: Separate shower and locker room facilities cater to the training participants’ needs, providing convenience and privacy.
Accessibility: A rear ADA ramp landing with a pin system allows for temporary railings to be removed for easy deliveries, showcasing a thoughtful consideration for accessibility and utility.
Innovative Design Elements: Features like interior roll-up windows and accordion doors in classrooms enhance versatility and usability. The use of perimeter steel frames with steel floor joists and double 5/8” decking ensures structural integrity.
Aesthetic and Functional Finishes: The facility sports a Hi-Rib Steel exterior and VCG interior wallboard, coupled with acoustical T-grid ceilings, marrying durability with design.
