HOPE HOUSE
TREATMENT CENTER
Facing the Substance Abuse
Epidemic
Hospitals and medical facilities find themselves at the forefront of the battle against substance abuse in their communities. However, due to limited resources, the treatment of substance abuse often overwhelms healthcare systems. In Maryland alone, nearly one in four emergency visits now involve substance abuse and mental health issues.
Hospitals, clinics, and treatment centers are now turning to innovative solutions to address the operational and financial impact of their communities’ substance abuse needs.
As hospitals and medical facilities search for ways to adequately serve their communities, many are finding that they are short on resources, including space. Adequate space is essential for patients and healthcare professionals, and many facilities are finding that modular buildings provide a fast, costeffective, and flexible solution.
Project Overview
Hope House Treatment Center was at maximum capacity, specifically when it came to treating inpatients for substance abuse and could not accommodate the increasing demand because they were running out of room. They needed a building space solution and construction company that allowed them to continue their daily operations with minimal interruptions, while also making the necessary renovations to increase the size of their current facility.
Addressing Space Concerns
The temporary office space Wilmot Modular provided allowed the owner of Hope House to relocate office staff while they renovate and repurpose their existing facility, specifically to convert it into additional in-patient treatment facilities for those who need their services.
Our Full Service Support was advantageous to Hope House because we handled all site development, new asphalted parking areas, and were the central point of contact to facilitate utility and water/sanitary service connections to the new building. Our Turnkey approach gave Hope House the ability to continue daily operations with minimal to no interruptions through completion.
