The project called for two distinct facilities:
- A premium locker room building to accommodate athletes and staff.
- A professional administrative office building to support daily business operations.
Unlike traditional temporary structures, these buildings needed to seamlessly complement the architecture and aesthetic of the surrounding campus. To create a cohesive appearance, both buildings featured Hardi Stucco Panel exteriors with custom paint colors carefully matched to the surrounding facilities. Architectural enhancements such as storefront glass entry doors, roof overhangs, and integrated lighting elevated the appearance well beyond that of a typical temporary building.
Inside, each structure was thoughtfully designed to provide durable, comfortable spaces capable of supporting daily operations until the permanent facilities were complete.
