IMPORTANT HEALTH COVERAGE TAX DOCUMENTS

Earlier this year, the Paperwork Burden Reduction Act was passed, allowing employers to distribute Forms 1095-B and 1095-C only upon employee request instead of automatically sending them to all applicable employees.

Employees can request a copy of their Form 1095-B or 1095-C at any time. Employers must provide the requested form within 30 days of the request or by January 31 of the following tax year, whichever is later.
