Skilled Trades Technician - White Marsh, MD

Looking for hard-working individuals to join our team of skilled construction workers. Wilmot Modular Structures is a fast-growing family business headquartered in White Marsh, MD. You will be part of the Fleet Management Team in our White Marsh, MD location. Your team will prepare our office trailers and modular buildings for lease.

The Project Manager will act as the liaison between Wilmot Modular’s Construction Services Department and customers. Reporting to the Director of Constructive Services, the Project Manager holds responsibility over on-site management, to include safety & security, project deadlines & planning, allocating resources, hiring & managing subcontractors/team, and keeping all stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle. This is a great role to join our business, use your existing skills, learn about our clients and business, and grow! Hard work, talent, and the will to succeed count at Wilmot. We're seeking people passionate about their careers and excited to provide our customers with a level of service unmatched in our industry!

Job Responsibilities:

· Accountable for making site visits to determine complexity level of site conditions

· Accountable for preparing pre-construction documents prior to starting work on site (initiate kick-off meetings, scope of work to subs, change orders to customers, drawings for permitting, safety & security documents, etc)

· Accountable for hiring & overseeing all subcontractors on site, from scope of work to punch list completion

· Accountable for preparing post-construction documents at end of each installation (punch list, change order reconciliation, expedited paperwork for prompt invoicing, participating in debrief meeting on projects

· Accountable for adhering to, and enforcing, company & site safety standards on each site

· Accountable for keeping a daily record of site activities & issues and submitting to department head weekly

· Minimum 5 years demonstrated success in construction site management

Job Summary:

The Inside Sales Administrator will act as the liaison between Wilmot Modular’s prospect & existing customers and the Sales Department, as well as coordinate communications between other stakeholder departments. Teamwork and collaboration with aligned account resources is critical to the success of this role. Working closely with Project Management and Sales, this role will help promote Wilmot Modular solutions and uncover new opportunities to contribute to the overall sales funnel. Job Responsibilities:

· Maintain Point-Of-Contact status for Wilmot Modular customers and work with cross-functional team members to resolve customer issues

· Achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly KPI metrics

· Responsible for qualifying sales leads/opportunities

· Build relationships with prospective customers with the primary focus on closing modular office and container deals and propose customized solutions for customer needs

· Proactively manage relationships with customers, and independently drive account needs or problems through resolution

· Uncover ways to raise brand awareness for Wilmot Modular’s product portfolio and gain account intelligence for new/existing accounts

· Meet & exceed productivity outreach efforts to customers (primarily telephone and email communications)

· Effectively utilize Salesforce (CRM) application to document outreach efforts, account management plans, next steps/actions, and leads/opportunity notes

· Handling of customer survey’s and follow up calls

· Negotiate rates on rentals in accordance with Wilmot’s pricing policy

· Communicate delivery needs promptly and accurately to the proper Wilmot employees

· Assist in Managing purchase orders with strong understanding of contract language, and terms

· Forwarding and escalating inquiries to relevant individuals and departments as needed

· Maintain Compliance with all policies and procedures

· Provide clerical support to Sales Department, as needed

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

· Construction experience, required; Modular Construction experience, preferred

· Leasing or direct sales experience, required

· Excellent understanding of contract terms, language, and process

· Possess very strong phone presence & persuasive selling skills (inbound/outbound, cold calling, internal stakeholders

Sales Manager - North Carolina

Sales Manager (North Carolina)

Job Summary

Sales manager is responsible for customer relations and sales volume within the North Carolina region. The Sales Manager coordinates with the sales team to source new business opportunities, maintain existing customer relationships, identify sales objectives that cultivate and foster new relationships and business growth.

 Job Responsibilities:

-Develop business sales strategies to market to and obtain new territory customers and expand network with primary focus on closing modular office and container deals and propose customized solutions for customer needs


-Responsible for qualifying sales leads/opportunities

-Conduct prospecting calls and meetings with potential new customers identified through means such as leads delivered through Salesforce/CRM, referrals, and developed sales strategies

-Effectively communicate Wilmot Modular’s value proposition to customers

-Develop and maintain a working relationship with the Inside Sales Administrator, Sales Director, and Sales team

-Grow sales of value-added products (e.g., furniture) and other potential new initiatives

-Proactively manage relationships with customers, and independently drive account needs or problems through resolution

-Ability to operate efficiently in solo environment – branch startup phase

-Solid industry knowledge to include competitors, manufacturers, current trends

-Proven experience in forecasting & budgeting

-Excellent communicate skills to interact with employees, senior leadership, customers, and stakeholders in person, virtually, and by phone.

-Ability to sit, stand, walk about construction sites and other work environments

-Lifting or pushing 10 to 25 pounds is often required

-Occasional overnight travel required
