2025 Highlights

A New Era at Our Corporate Campus

This year marked our first full year in our new corporate campus, featuring a state-of-the-art modular headquarters and operations facility. This transformative space has strengthened our commitment to innovation, sustainability, and collaboration—setting a strong foundation for continued growth.

Serving Our Clients

This year, we were proud to support an incredible mix of returning partners and new clients across the Mid-Atlantic region. Our team delivered customized space solutions for organizations of every kind — from sports facilities and school campuses to contracting firms, government agencies, data centers, energy partners and more. It was a year of meaningful collaborations, innovative problem-solving, and continued growth alongside the communities we serve.

Giving Back to Our Communities

Community impact remains at the heart of who we are. In 2025, we proudly supported numerous charitable initiatives, including:

• Local School Support: Funding and supplies donated to local school systems.

• Food Pantry Partnerships: Contributions to local churches and food pantries to support families in need.

• Community Sponsorships: Supporting Lucky & Blessed Fishing, Sleep in Heavenly Peace, The James House, ZTP Foundation, local fire departments, and schools—advocating for addiction recovery, cancer awareness, domestic violence awareness, and educational programs.

• Bedding Donations: Bedding donations to Sleep in Heavenly Peace in Virginia to supply beds for children.

• Helping Hands Food Pantry: Donated a monetary gift, and a truckload of non-perishable food, clothing, and supplies in partnership with Salem United Methodist Church in Kingsville, MD.

Recognizing Accomplishments

2025 brought professional growth and exciting accolades:

• Accolades at the MBI Awards of Distinction:
  Wilmot proudly earned top honors this year, including First Place for our Corporate Headquarters in the Permanent Modular Building Over 10,000 Sq. Ft. category, as well as First Place and Best of Show for the WMS HQ Marketing Video.

• Junior Achievement Leading Ladies Mentorship:
  Our Wilmot women ambassadors proudly participated in the 2025 Stanley Black & Decker Learning Center event, inspiring and empowering young women through mentorship and leadership.

• Employee Milestones:
  Our team achieved several notable accomplishments this year, including multiple employees graduating from the Modular 101 program—enhancing their industry expertise. We also secured national-level contracting licenses in over 16 states through our engineering department, and several team members completed OSHA training as well as forklift safety and operational certifications.
