Through Wilmot Modular Structures’ Sourcewell contract, participating organizations can purchase approved modular buildings and portable storage solutions directly from Wilmot using Sourcewell’s established procurement process.

Participation is voluntary, and organizations are responsible for confirming compliance with their applicable procurement requirements.

Sourcewell is a local government unit and service cooperative created under Minnesota Statutes Section 123A.21. It serves more than 50,000 participating entities across the United States.

Sourcewell conducts competitive public solicitations and awards cooperative purchasing contracts that public agencies can use to purchase approved products and services from awarded suppliers. Its purpose is to create an efficient, compliant purchasing pathway that saves participating organizations time and administrative expense while leveraging the combined purchasing volume of its membership.

Sourcewell does not purchase the products or manage individual projects. The participating organization contracts and purchases directly from the awarded supplier.

The contract applies to factory-built, three-dimensional modules that are substantially complete before delivery and then placed or installed at the customer’s site.

Important Scope Limitations

The solicitation excludes:

• Pre-engineered structural framing systems assembled primarily at the project site
• Trailers or units intended primarily for routine towing between locations
• Products and services covered by certain other Sourcewell contract categories, except when complementary and directly related to an approved modular building or storage solution

Pricing

10% Discount on Eligible In-Fleet Lease Charges

• Wilmot Modular offers Sourcewell participating agencies a 10% discount from applicable standard published lease rates for eligible items within our existing lease fleet.
• The discount applies to eligible in-fleet lease charges only and does not apply to purchases, items outside the existing lease fleet, delivery, pickup, installation, site work, taxes, fees, or other ancillary products/services.
