White Marsh, MD – November 5, 2024 – After 35 years as a leader in modular construction, Wilmot Modular Structures, Inc. celebrated the grand opening of its state-of-the-art corporate campus with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on October 29, 2024. 

This new 33,000-square-foot, two-story headquarters and operations facility showcases the company’s commitment to innovation, quality, and sustainable design. Owners Kathy and Mike Wilmot spearheaded the project, creating a space that reflects the company’s values and ambitions for the future, as well as its family legacy, with sons Chris and Kevin Wilmot poised to continue its growth as multigenerational owners.

Wilmot pulled out all the stops for a grand opening celebration attended by several dignitaries, industry partners, design professionals, friends, and family. The event featured music, food, building tours, a fun 360 video booth, confetti cannons, and formal proclamations honoring Wilmot’s contributions to the industry and community.

The new facility, designed with the potential for LEED certification, features sustainable materials, energy-efficient systems, and a welcoming environment of open workspaces, collaborative areas, and employee amenities like a café, fitness center, and putting green coming soon. Special recognition goes to Sunbelt Modular, Pro Mod, and New Edge Construction, whose craftsmanship and dedication were essential to bringing Wilmot’s vision to life.
