As part of the ambitious renovation project, Gilbane required additional office space within the stadium to accommodate project management and construction teams. The challenge was to design and implement functional office spaces in tight, unconventional locations inside and outside the stadium.
Wilmot's Solution
Wilmot Modular Structures rose to the challenge, designing custom modular office solutions that maximized the limited space available:
- Inside the Stadium: We strategically stacked two 40’ container offices alongside two 20’ container offices within a confined 34’ x 52’ space under an escalator. This configuration included two sets of two-story steps for easy access, addressing the height and space limitations effectively.
- Outside the Stadium: A 12’ x 50’ mobile office was installed in another restricted area, providing the necessary workspace without compromising functionality.
