Our new video series brings together customers, partners, and industry leaders for engaging conversations about modular construction, innovation, business, and the relationships that drive our industry forward. Hosted by Chris Wilmot, Modular Impact offers viewers a behind-the-scenes look at the people and projects making an impact—while giving back to the communities we serve.

More Than a Conversation

At Wilmot Modular Structures, we believe success isn't just measured by the buildings we deliver—it's measured by the relationships we build and the positive impact we make along the way.

That's the inspiration behind Modular Impact.

Each episode features an industry guest who shares insights, project experiences, and lessons learned throughout their career. But there's another purpose behind every conversation: supporting organizations that make a difference.

Every guest selects a charity that's meaningful to them, and Wilmot Modular Structures automatically donates $500 in their honor. Throughout the episode, guests then compete in our signature Swing for Support Challenges, where every successful shot increases the donation total.

It's a fun way to combine friendly competition with meaningful giving—because making an impact extends far beyond the jobsite.

Episode 1 Guest: Prospect Solar

For our inaugural episode, we welcomed Andrew and Chris from Prospect Solar, one of Wilmot's trusted partners in delivering innovative modular building solutions.

Over the years, Wilmot and Prospect Solar have collaborated on several successful projects that integrate modular construction with renewable energy technology. Together, we've helped customers create smarter, more sustainable workspaces that deliver flexibility without compromising performance.

One of our most exciting collaborations has been the development of our S.M.A.R.T. Line of solar-powered modular offices. Designed for construction sites, remote locations, emergency response operations, and infrastructure projects, these buildings provide dependable workspace while reducing reliance on traditional power sources.

One standout example came in 2024, when one of our S.M.A.R.T. Line offices was deployed to support Hurricane Helene relief efforts, providing critical workspace for emergency personnel during recovery operations. It's just one example of how modular construction and renewable energy can come together to solve real-world challenges.

Swing for Support

Andrew and Chris selected NOVEC HELPS as their charity of choice—an organization dedicated to assisting individuals and families in need throughout Northern Virginia.

With Wilmot's automatic $500 donation and an impressive performance during the Swing for Support Challenges, the total contribution grew to $912.50.

It's exactly what Modular Impact was created to do: bring great people together, spark meaningful conversations, and make a positive difference in our communities.
